Ikebukuro, a part of Toshima ward, is a large commercial and entertainment district of Tokyo.

From Narita airport station, about 80 minutes to Nippori, then transfer to JR Yamanote line (the inner tracks) to Ikebukuro.
From Haneda airport station, it takes about 25 minutes to Shinagawa by Keihin-Kyuko Kuko line, and change to JR Yamanote line (the outer tracks) to Ikebukuro station.

8 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station (east exit) on JR Yamanote line, JR Saikyo line, JR Syounan-Shinjyuku line, Tokyo-Metro Marunouti line, Tokyo-Metro Yurakutyo line, and Seibu Ikebukuro line.
