NEWSNotice regarding changes to some of our services, including cleaning

Hotel Wing Chain and Tenza Hotel support the "COOL CHOICE" initiative implemented by the Ministry of the Environment, and will be gradually changing some of our services, such as cleaning for consecutive nights, from Tuesday, February 2022, 2. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

①Cleaning during consecutive stays
The service will change from [Daily cleaning] to [ECO cleaning] (regular cleaning every 3 nights). If you would like cleaning, we will only make your bed and collect trash and cigarette butts. Please feel free to take any amenities from the amenity buffet in the front lobby. New towels (bath towels and face towels only) will be delivered to the door handle of your room every day.
②Amenity buffet
Amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, brushes, etc. will no longer be provided in the guest rooms, but will be available in the front lobby as an amenity buffet, allowing you to take only what you need.
