NEWSIssuance of an invoice when booking accommodation through an external website

If you made a reservation with advance payment (online payment) through a hotel reservation website that does not provide invoices for accommodation fees, and require an invoice (detailed statement of charges), please request one at the front desk before check-out.

Please note that if a reservation is made through an external accommodation reservation site and payment is made in advance (online payment), and the hotel is unable to confirm payment by the time of check-out, we will not be able to issue a receipt (even in this case, we can issue an invoice based on the "usage details" as described above).

Therefore, if you require a receipt, please make your reservation through our accommodation booking site, or if you make a reservation through an external accommodation booking site, select on-site payment.
