NEWSRequest regarding the use of mobile batteries

In recent years, there have been many reports of mobile batteries emitting smoke and catching fire both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation and understanding in observing the following points regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.

① Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.
② Charging should be done in a location where you can always check the status yourself.
3. Please refrain from charging in the following locations:
・Near a window exposed to direct sunlight
- On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
④ Please refrain from using mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.

If the above conditions are discovered during cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or unplug it from the outlet to stop charging for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
