Our breakfast staff in the Hokkaido area have worked hard to create a menu using ingredients from Hokkaido. Please be sure to try it when you stay at our hotel.


■ Winner's Menu:About "Milk Kingdom Hokkaido White Sweet Soup"

Sweets made with milk and cheese from Hokkaido, the dairy kingdom, haskap berries, which are the most produced in Japan, and rice flour from Hokkaido.
Inspired by the snow-white world of Hokkaido in winter, this cake is made with milk, cheese, and an original Japanese-flavored white bean paste, topped with refreshingly sour haskap berries.
We hope that our new flavor, which combines traditional sweet soup with Japanese and Western flavors, will become a memorable dessert for our customers.
