News [Apology] Regarding the point allocation error during the "5x Points Campaign"

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Wing International.
Regarding the "5x Points Campaign" that we recently implemented on our official reservation site, we have come to the realization that some customers were not correctly awarded 5x points due to a malfunction in the reservation system.
We are currently checking and taking action to ensure that the correct number of points that should have been awarded to affected customers is reflected, but it will likely take some time before the changes are reflected for all customers.
This campaign is available to KOKO FAMILY members who make reservations through the website between December 25, 2025 and January 16, 2026. (The eligible stay period is until February 28, 2026.)
■Points will be awarded 3 days after check-out.
