Soup Curry
Curry originated in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It was inspired by Chinese and Korean medicinal soups and soupy curries from South India and Thailand. You can make a satisfying soup curry by using ingredients such as potatoes with skin and broccoli.
Shinkoyaki
This dish is made by grilling half a young chicken with the bone, including the wings, unglazed. It is said to have originated in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, and has been popular as soul food since the postwar period. The name "shinkoyaki" is said to have spread because young gizzard shad, which grows to 4-5cm, is called "shinko" (new baby), and young chickens are called "shinko" in the same sense. It is characterized by being seasoned with a slightly thick sweet and spicy soy sauce base.
Surf clam rice
Among the wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes on offer at the buffet, the most popular dish is "Surf Clam Rice," made with surf clams, a specialty of Tomakomai, which has the highest catch in Japan.

Genghis Khan
This is a Hokkaido specialty! We serve freshly made Genghis Khan in a "tsukekomi" style, where the grilled lamb is marinated in sauce, rather than the "dipping sauce" style, where the lamb is dipped in sauce.
Asahikawa soy sauce fried noodles
The Asahikawa Food Processing Association marketed this as a new local gourmet food in Asahikawa, a city blessed with high-quality ingredients and advanced noodle-making techniques cultivated in ramen, and it was inspired by the trial production and sale at the Northern Blessings Eating Marche in the fall of 2010. It uses three rules: [rice flour noodles made with Asahikawa-grown rice flour and Hokkaido-grown wheat], [each store's original sauce made with Asahikawa-grown soy sauce], and [ingredients such as meat and vegetables from the Asahikawa (Kamikawa) area].

We offer a wide variety of Japanese and Western buffet dishes. Fresh vegetables delivered directly from our own farm, freshly baked croissants, and omelets cooked by our chefs on the spot are popular.
Porridge buffet corner
There are many long-established, famous stores selling pickles and tsukudani in soy sauce around Hotel Wing Tokyo Yotsuya. We have prepared a wide range of famous items, including tsukudani furikake from Nishikimatsuume, umeboshi kimchi from Tsumaiefusa, and roasted sesame from Sekine no Gomayu. In addition, we have a wide selection of rice accompaniments, including the hotel's homemade beef stew, takana mentaiko, Naruto Strait salted kelp, bibimbap, and Wakasa Bay boiled whitebait. You can enjoy a light breakfast with the porridge.
Oven-baked Happy French Toast
Exquisite oven-baked French toast that is crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside! All of the sauces are original, ranging from tart berries and marmalade to sweet, melt-in-your-mouth caramel nuts. From Italy, there's a tiramisu-style mascarpone, and more - all of them are chef's pride and joy. It's served in a piping hot frying pan, so pour the sauce over it and enjoy while it's still juicy.
Ishikawa Natto
In addition to a wide variety of side dishes that go well with rice, we also offer "Ishikawa natto," which offers the traditional flavor of natto.

The cafe space on the first floor sells coffee and other drinks, homemade bread, and beer after 1pm. The relaxed yet open and comfortable space, decorated with owls at key points, is perfect for chatting with friends or as a workspace for one person.
Kamameshi
The popular "Hokuriku-zukushi Kamameshi Gozen" is made with seasonal Kanazawa ingredients such as blackthroat seaperch, crab, and Noto chicken, and is a kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) made with Ishikawa Prefecture rice.
A photogenic breakfast
When you open the big box, you'll see colorful ingredients lined up like jewelry. It's a photogenic breakfast that's "cute," "stylish," and "delicious," and can only be enjoyed at our hotel.
In keeping with our hotel concept of "A sparkling, innovative hotel where you can experience the energy of flowers with all five senses," we have prepared a "bouquet salad" in the box. We have also paid special attention to the presentation, with cute sweets sitting on small white wooden benches. The "colorful ingredients" and "cute presentation" create a sparkling jewelry box. We plan to offer a variety of menus with different themes depending on the season.
Kei
"Torichan" is a local dish that is loved mainly in the Hida and Oku-Mino regions, such as Gero and Gujo in Gifu Prefecture. Chicken marinated in miso and soy sauce is grilled together with cabbage and other ingredients, and the aroma of the grilled sauce whets the appetite.
