1. Do you provide Wi-fi Sevice?
Free Wi-Fi is available in every room and lobby. As well, free wired Intenet is also available. Each room has a LAN cable in a drawer of a desk.
2. Can I leave the baggage after check-out?
Within the check-out date we can keep your luggage. Besides, if you have another booking for next stay with us, the luggage can be kept till the next check-in date. Otherwise, you must come back and pick up the luggage within the check-out date.
3. Is there a curfew?
Hotel front desk is open 24 hours. Please contact us if your check in time will be later than 12 p.m. 
4. What kind of amenities are there in the hotel?
We have a dryer, nightwear, towel, shavers, toothbrush in the room. If you require more blankets or pillows etc., please ask the front desk for more assistance.

Only Asakusa Komagata have a safety box in the room.The other hotel chain valuables keeping service are storage at the front desk.
