Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. You can enter and exit 24 hours a day.
However, if you are going to be significantly late for your scheduled check-in time, we would appreciate it if you could call us.
Can I use it in a group?

Can I use it monthly?

Can it be used during the day?

There is no problem with guests coming and going between rooms, but we do not allow non-guests to enter rooms. Please meet in the lobby.

Is there a cancellation fee?
In case of no-show without notice, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Can I pay for accommodation in advance?
There are the following methods available, so please contact each hotel for details.

・Payment by bank transfer
・Payment upon arrival (cash or card)
Can I use a credit card?
We only accept lump-sum payments. The following credit cards are accepted. (Accepted credit cards may vary by hotel.)
VISA/JCB/AMEX/SAISON/UFJ NICOS/UC/Rakuten KC/AEON/OMC/DINERS etc.

Room facilities and services

What is the internet environment like?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Can I store my luggage?
We will store your luggage at the front desk free of charge.
If you bring your luggage to the front desk, we will store it for you even before check-in or after check-out.
*Asakusa Komagata store and Ueno Okachimachi store do not offer free luggage storage after check-out. Asakusa Komagata store outsources luggage storage for a fee, and Ueno Okachimachi store stores luggage in the hotel's coin lockers.
If you would like to send your luggage in advance, please check the address of each hotel. *Prepaid only
We would appreciate it if you could write your check-in date and your full name on the baggage slip.

Yes, all stores and rooms are equipped with toilets with washing machines (washlets).

Yes, we offer laundry services at each store. Please ask the front desk staff for details.
Are there conference rooms or meeting spaces?
We have conference rooms available in Tomakomai, Asahikawa Station, Tokyo Yotsuya, Sagamihara, Shizuoka, Nagoya, Kobe Shin-Nagata Station, and Kumamoto Yatsushiro.

The Hotel Wing Members Card (red card) will be discontinued on October 2024, 10. Any remaining points will be transferred to the new online point program at any time, so please inform the hotel front desk.
