Welcome to Hotel Wing International's "Dog Friendly Hotel".
At Hotel Wing International Hitachi, we offer guest rooms that allow you to bring your dog along, so that you can stay comfortably and safely with your beloved dog, a precious member of your family.
We aim to provide a hotel stay that is just like any other, where you can relax with your dog and have breakfast together.

At Hotel Wing Hitachi, guests staying overnight can use the parking lot free of charge. You can come to the hotel with your dog by car without worry. You are also free to go out during your stay.

Dog accommodation conditions
- They must be toilet trained, barking and biting trained.
- Please note that only small dogs over 4 months old and weighing less than 10kg are allowed, and that they must be free of illness or injury and of a physical condition and age that will not affect their stay.
- Children must wear a manners belt (diaper) in the guest room. *Please bring your own manners belt (diaper).
- Please submit copies of proof of rabies vaccination and proof of vaccination for five or more combination vaccinations to the hotel.
- * Proof of vaccination of the combination vaccine may be substituted with an antibody test certificate obtained within one year of receipt.
What to Bring
- Copy of annual rabies vaccination certificate
- A copy of proof of vaccination for a combination vaccine of 5 or more types (vaccination must have been completed more than 2 weeks ago but not more than 1 year ago) * Proof of vaccination of the combination vaccine may be substituted with an antibody test certificate obtained within one year of receipt.
- Manner belt (diaper), lead, collar, food, brush
Points to note
- You may spend time with your dog freely in the guest room, but if the sheets, furniture, or other guest room items become soiled or damaged, please notify our hotel staff immediately (this applies to the entire building and grounds). Please note that we may charge you cleaning fees at a later date.
- If you are using the shared spaces with your dog, please make sure to keep it in a cage.
- Dogs are not permitted on floors 2-6.
- Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area (dining in rooms is available).
- Please be considerate of other customers.
About Parking
- Free for regular cars only
- Parking is available free of charge. Depending on how busy the parking lot is, you may be asked to use a temporary parking lot (free of charge).
Pet Accommodation Agreement
- The consent form will be presented to you at the front desk when you check in. Please sign it on the day of your stay.
- If you do not agree to the terms of use, we will refuse to allow you to stay at the hotel. Please be sure to check in advance.
