■ About points

(1) Points allocation

Minasia Co., Ltd. (operator of Hotel Wing International Chain and Tenza Hotel) (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will award points based on the tax-excluded price of the usage fee when a member meets the conditions specified by our company.

Points will be awarded after a certain period of time determined by our company has passed. Points will be awarded to the member who made the reservation.

Points will expire after a certain period of time determined by our company.

(2) Using points

Members can use their points to pay for all or part of the payment for product purchases (including product price, shipping fees, handling fees and consumption tax; the same applies below) at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen, in accordance with the method specified by the Company.

Points can be used for reservations on the official website and can also be exchanged for services designated by the Company. However, such exchanges can only be made by the Member himself/herself at the hotel where the Company operates.

(3) Benefits other than points

In addition to points, members can also receive special membership benefits determined by each store.

■ Points expiration date

(1) Points for accommodation and day use will be settled three days after the check-out date.

(2) Points earned through reservations made through our website are valid for two years from the date of check-out, and points earned at the hotel front desk are valid for two years from the date of accrual.
