For customers who have already registered as members by September 30, 2025 (KOKO FAMILY 1.0 members), the starting date for calculating cumulative points will be the 1st of the month in which they joined.

2025年7月12日に会員登録された方→ 初年度は2025年7月12日～2026年6月30日、2年目は2026年7月1日～2027年6月30日の累計ポイントにて計算

Even if you have registered as a member by September 30, 2025, and have already met the requirements for rank-up, you will start as a "Welcome Member" when the KOKO FAMILY program begins (October 1, 2025).
After that, when you earn points and achieve one or more eligible achievements, your rank will automatically be updated to the correct rank based on your accumulated points.

Points allocation and expiration date

  1. Eligible points redeemed by members when staying at a hotel are valid for two years from the check-out date.
  2. Points will be awarded the day after check-out.
  3. Points will expire in order, starting with the oldest points, including any other points.
  4. Points that have expired due to the expiration date will automatically become invalid.

Conditions for Rank Up

  1. Your rank for the following membership year will be determined based on the total number of points you have accumulated over the year, starting from the day you joined KOKO FAMILY.
    （例）2025年12月4日にご入会された場合、2025年12月4日～2026年11月30日までの獲得ポイント数（2026年12月1日から始まる1年間のランクラ判定）
  2. From the second year of membership onwards, the number of points earned from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027 will be the starting point for the cumulative points for the following year and each year thereafter.
  3. Even if you are in the middle of the fiscal year, you will be ranked up immediately if you meet the conditions for point allocation for each rank from Friend to Family (the day after check-out).
    （例）2025年12月4日入会、翌年2026年5月にFriendランクにランクアップする3回目ポイントを獲得し、1,000ポイントを達成した場合この時点でFriendへランクアップし、獲得ポイント数は2026年11月30日までの合計。2026年12月1日～2027年11月30日まではFriend会員となり、その後の獲得ポイントにより、2027年12月1日以降のランクが決定されます。
