About Our Town Project

Make your travel memories a little different from usual! Get that little extra excitement that will blow away the fatigue of your business trip.
We pick out information that only a few people know, such as tourist spots and surrounding areas that are not included in guidebooks, and delicious local restaurants.
In addition, our staff, who are well versed in the local attractions, will brainstorm ideas with the desire to "liven up this town" and "help people learn more about this town," and deliver the charms of "our town" that can be experienced through "seeing," "hearing," "smelling," "touching" and "feeling."

Staying at Hotel Wing or Tenza Hotel will make you feel attached to the town, naturally put a smile on your face, and share with others the fun things you'll experience that will make you want to take photos and videos.

Nagoya Meshi Breakfast

Kishimen

A type of udon made by rolling out thin, flat noodles. Dried noodles are regulated by the Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS) to be at least 4.5 mm wide and less than 2 mm thick.

The soup base is usually made with tamari soy sauce and stock made from bonito or horse mackerel. The basic toppings are fried tofu, kamaboko, green vegetables, and bonito flakes, but many restaurants allow you to choose your favorite udon or shimen noodles regardless of the topping.

Nagoya store's special features

We offer 10 types of toppings, including roasted sesame seeds, seaweed, kamaboko (fish cake), and shichimi (seven-spice powder).
You can enjoy original seasonings according to your taste.
We offer warm Kishimen noodles in the winter and cold Kishimen noodles in the summer.

Ogura Toast

A Japanese-Western fusion dessert that can be enjoyed at coffee shops, combining toast and red bean paste.
The bread is spread with butter or margarine, and the saltiness and warm texture of the bread further enhance the mellow sweetness of the bean paste.

Aichi Prefecture has a high consumption of bean paste and a high frequency of visits to coffee shops, and coffee shops are loved as they cater to the tastes of both.

Nagoya store's special features

Usually, we spread butter on bread and then put red bean paste on it, but we also offer special Danish bread.
You can customize it with the amount of margarine, bean paste, and whipped cream you like.
Coffee goes well with Ogura toast. In particular, bitter coffee pairs perfectly with sweet bean paste, allowing you to enjoy a Nagoya-style coffee shop-style morning meal at the hotel.
