About Select Nagoya Sakae
Feel the energy of flowers with all your senses
As you pass through the hotel entrance and enter the lobby, an impressive mural catches your eye, making you feel as though you have stepped into an urban oasis surrounded by a garden. Beyond that is the guest room floor, dotted with 12 types of flowers, including roses, wisteria, cherry blossoms, lavender, and hibiscus.
In order to further emphasize the impact of the design, we focused on adding value that stimulates the five senses. The lobby is scented with a garden image, and each guest room has artificial flowers on each floor. In addition, the towels, which are highly requested by female guests, are made of cotton, which has excellent texture, feel, and absorbency.

You can see artist/painter/mural painter Mai Kasai at work. The mural, painted in trompe l'oeil (optical art), depicts 12 different types of flowers, which is also the theme of the hotel, creating a scene that makes you feel like you are in a garden.
Profile of Mai Kasai
Special painter and muralist. Part-time lecturer at Joshibi University of Art and Design. Planning, design and mural production for hotels, hospitals, stations, public facilities, other commercial facilities, store interior decoration finishing, and live painting collaborations with musicians. Recent major works include murals in the corridors of the Shangri-La Hotel, murals for pediatric and ophthalmology clinics, and murals for restaurants in Roppongi.

Japanese food set with 9 kinds of small dishes
The nine small dishes offered are a balanced selection that changes daily, including miso katsu, Nagoya rice such as dote-ni, vegetables, eggs, meat, and fish.
You can have second servings of rice, so it's perfect for those who want a balanced and hearty breakfast.
Set contents: Rice (refills available), miso soup (mixed miso), 9 kinds of side dishes (contents will be confirmed in store on the day)
Koppepan sandwich set
For those of you who prefer bread in the morning, how about a hearty bread sandwich loaded with ingredients?
We offer two savory dishes and one dessert each week, including Nagoya-style koppepan sandwiches, which are made with a small koppepan bread and are filled with ingredients such as miso cutlet, fried shrimp, and red bean paste; and koppepan sandwiches filled with classic ingredients such as egg salad, tuna mayonnaise, and whipped cream, as well as other unique ingredients.
Please enjoy the start of your day with the aroma of our proud black tea.
Set contents: 3 types of bread sandwiches (contents will be decided in store on the day), soup, yogurt, snacks, and drink bar included

A warming breakfast that provides half your daily serving of vegetables and warms the body
Recommended for those who do not get enough vegetables on a daily basis, or who have eaten or drunk too much the day before.
Please look forward to the different types of porridge we offer each week.
*The porridge will be cooked after you arrive at the restaurant, so it will take about 20 minutes.
