The finest duck meat in Japan! Kawachi duck loin stew bento! The Kawachi duck is known as the finest domestic duck and is produced by Tsumura Honten, the only producer in Osaka. It is raised safely and securely with no pesticides, taking 1.5 times the usual breeding period. Chef Matsushita has chosen Kawachi duck loin stew as the main dish to bring out the best in the ingredients.
